A. We fill our service vans with more 90% of the necessary manufacturer parts and we carry all of the required tools to finish our repair services on a single visit. If we need to return for a second service call, there is never any additional service charge. We estimate that over the years we have completed over 95% of our appliance repairs on the first service visit.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR TIMEFRAME FOR APPOINTMENTS?
A. When you call to make an appointment for appliance repairs, we will give you a 2-3 hour window during which our technician will come to your home. We do our best to come when scheduled. Because a given repair job may take longer than anticipated, we schedule enough time for the technician to complete each job before moving on to the next. And, ten to fifteen minutes before their arrival at your home, the technician will call you.
